THE MONKEYPOX VACCINE

Immunization is one of the most effective ways to protect yourself and your community from monkeypox.

With the current Limited supply of JYNNEOS vaccine in West Virginia, the following residents may be eligible* for vaccination:

• Gay, bisexual, or other men who have sex with men, and/or transgender, gender non-conforming, or gender non-binary people who in the past 6 months have had: a new diagnosis of sexually transmitted disease or more than one sex partner

• People who have engaged in the following in the past 6 months: sex at a commercial sex venue or sex in association with a large public event in an area where moneypox transmission is occurring

• Sexual partners of people with the above risks

• People who anticipate experiencing the above risk
