Community Health Needs Assessment
2019-2023
The Clay County Health Department (CCHD) completed a comprehensive community health assessment in Clay County in 2023. The project involved surveying both residents and employees of the county, conducting extensive secondary data research, analyzing the data, and producing a report outlining key findings and recommendations.

Labs (from outside providers) are only available on MONDAYS-$10 Draw Fee collected at time of service-No insurance will be billed starting July 1

Vaccines Available: Pfizer (6 months & older) for uninsured and underinsured. Moderna 12+ is available also.
